 *** NOTE: To schedule an appointment for a class, adding to cart from the product page will not allow you to schedule an appointment time. Please click on the class name in the listing below to view available appointments and full description. From that page  you can then 1) select and book an appointment  and then 2) add to cart the number of attendees who will be attending for that appointment, and
3) complete the checkout process and make payment, if you’d like to prepay.  The class description page will give detailed directions on how to successfully book online. If you have any difficulty, please call 817-398-4176.

Additional details to note before booking and pre-paying for a class:

ALL WORKSHOPS/CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE; HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE SCHEDULED DATE, YOU MAY CALL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE FOR A COMPARABLE CLASS. KINDLY GIVE 24 HRS. NOTICE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND AND NEED TO RESCHEDULE. THIS HELPS TO AVOID NO-SHOWS AND HELPS TO KEEP THE APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY OPEN FOR OTHERS. NO-SHOWS WITHOUT NOTICE/RESCHEDULING PRIOR TO YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT TIME WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
